TENATIVE SCHEDULE

Location:  Hotel La Verniaz / Evian, France

Dates:      Sunday 26, June to Sunday 3, July 2005

Tentative Schedule:  Sunday and through the week the “gathering of the clan”

Time to Rest & Relax

• Reminisce about old times
• Sit by the pool
• Tennis / Ping Pong / Golf opportunities
• Enjoy several great meals together

Wednesday: Appears to be the day when the greatest number of classmates will be arriving.

Thursday:    IMD, Lausanne

• 10:00 am - Depart Evian for IMD
• Presentation by President of IMD, Peter Lorange
• Lunch @ IMD
• 2:00pm - Return to Evian
• Dinner @ La Verniaz

• 11:15 - 12:00 registrations & campus tour
• 12:00 - 13:30 lunch
• 13:30 - 14:30 Session with Peter Lorange

The boat schedule to return to Evian is as follows:

• Lausanne 15:15 - Evian 15:50
• Lausanne 16:15 - Evian 16:50
• Lausanne 17:15 - Evian 17:50

We are grateful to IMD (Evelyne Dupart in particular) for the great job in organizing this day for us.

• We've requested that the gift shop be open for those who would be interested in buying IMD logo'd shirts etc.
• The story begins in 5 days.........

Friday:    La Verniaz

• 09:33 – Meeting of MBA-IV Group to discuss future opportunities and reunions. Meet poolside
• Golf outing late morning as arranged by Michel “Bernard/Ernie/Vijay/Tiger” Perraudin
• 18:00 “Wine in the Garden” @ La Verniaz
• Gala “Black Tie” Dinner to follow. (As a reminder to Irfan that translates to mean Tux or dark business suit, for Bob Graham that means “California Casual” / Just kidding guys)
• This spectacular evening will conclude with “The next generation” talent show assisted by the “old” generation
• Stayed tune after the show for the prospect of a evening gown attire dunk in the pool by Lisbeth Ferner and others

 Saturday: 

• Dinner @ La Verniaz with Entertainment (New and Less New Generation)

Sunday:  Departure date for the majority of participants

 Important: Request for information

• If you are staying somewhere else other than the Hotel La Verniaz please e-mail us with the dates you would like to join everyone for dinner at the La Verniaz.  The hotel e-mailed us requesting a count of non-residents who will be dinning each evening. They would need to do some advanced planning.
• Kindly send us the dates and the number in your party and we will add you to the total. Presently 43 classmates and family are registered at La Verniaz and I am aware of at least 10 staying elsewhere.  So please let us know your desires.  
• If you are staying at the Hotel La Verniaz we have you already counted in, so you need not respond to this inquiry.  
• In order to give IMD a fairly accurate count of the number planning to visit, may we hear from those who will not be joining the visit on Thursday.  Given that we will have an approximate count of those in Evian on Wednesday evening, we only need to hear from those of you that will not be visiting IMD
